The ʺSemaine des bières de micro du Québecʺ was held by the ʺAssociation des microbrasseries du Québecʺ from April 1 to 10, 2022. It highlighted the beautiful diversity of beers brewed in Quebec and the know-how of our master brewers.
Le BockAle’s signature alcohol-free beers, brewed with our dehydrated raspberries, clementines and litchis! Among the master brewers who use our dehydrated fruits for creating their beers, there is Le BockAle. This Drummondville microbrewery stands out with the quality and unique flavours of its alcohol and alcohol-free beers.
ANHYDRA is particularly proud to feature its collaboration with Boréale for the brewing of their collaborative beer, L’Escapade. To develop this Belgian type beer, the Boréale team used 3 of our popular dried citruses: dehydrated oranges, dehydrated limes as well as our dehydrated lemons. The result is refreshing and thirst quenching!
