Our collaboration with Boréale
L’Escapade, a beer collaboration
Brewed with our dehydrated oranges, limes and lemons!
ANHYDRA is particularly proud to feature its collaboration with Boréale for the brewing of their collaborative beer, L’Escapade. To develop this Belgian type beer, the Boréale team used 3 of our popular dried citruses: dehydrated oranges, dehydrated limes as well as our dehydrated lemons. The result is refreshing and thirst quenching!
As Boréale puts it, this beer is unique with its profusion of citruses and its fruity / tangy side.

A one-of-a-kind project
Beyond our collaboration with Boréale, we are grateful for having had this opportunity to be part of an exceptional project. A 7 kinds of new beers project! A collaborative creation of beers having the objective to feature and lend a hand to companies from here in Quebec.
